This weekend we took a short break outside of Paris to escape and enjoy the fresh air, the green trees, and the sunshine. Eating lunch along the Seine at Les Canisses and catching a boat ride just on the outskirts of the city is ideal. For Little G this boat trip was like going on a jungle safari. Spotting various ducks and their ducklings, fish and other wild animals, we also even got to come up and close with a mother swan warming her eggs and also Sleeping Beauty’s hidden castle!
With Summer calling, this weekend was also perfect for wearing new summer shoes. Little G usually loves Crocs. They are indeed very comfortable, but here in France many parents are strongly against them purely for their looks! The Keen Seacamp sandals are the perfect compromise. They are comfortable and can be worn inside or outside the water. They grip well and they attach tightly to the feet for running, jumping and climbing.
