Tintin at the musée en herbe

Discover Tintin at the musée en herbe

If you’re in Paris this summer, don’t miss the chance to explore the musée en herbe, a delightful museum dedicated entirely to children. Until the end of August, the museum is hosting an intriguing Tintin exhibition that features a workshop and guided tours. For just 2€, audio guides are available in French, English, Italian, and Spanish, enabling each visitor to immerse themselves in a fun game booklet, transforming into reporters searching for the elusive red Rackham treasure, just like Tintin!

Begin your adventure

Your visit kicks off with the unique opportunity to don the iconic Tintin hat. You’ll learn about the creation of Tintin and his creator, Hergé, whose real name was Georges Remi (Hergé is derived from his initials). You’ll meet all the beloved Tintin characters and view numerous art pieces featured in Tintin’s adventures, kindly loaned from prestigious Parisian museums and galleries, including the Musée du quai Branly and the Musée du Louvre.

Who should visit?

The musée en herbe is highly recommended for children aged 3 and older. Our visit turned into a memorable half-day experience, leaving us with an even deeper appreciation for Tintin!
