With the decline of print magazines and Conde Nast’s announcement to discontinue the magazine Vogue Bambini (est. in 1973) 🙁 , I was delighted to discover the launch of a new print magazine all about MOTHERHOOD!
Introducing… THE NEW STORY!!
Among a few favorite European children’s fashion magazines on the market: Doolittle, Kids, Kid’s wear, Marie Claire Enfant, MilK, and Papier Mache, none truly address motherhood like The New Story. This little gem offers inspiration to all mother’s and also parents who love children’s fashion. This quarterly magazine is less commercial and it’s content offers a sense of inspiration, of sharing the world of being a mother, celebrating womanhood, and providing an original view into the beauty of children’s fashion.
The creative team happens to include editor & creative director Beck Marshall, stylist Deb Sfez and photographer Melanie Rodriguez.
Each year the magazine has decided to donate a percentage of sales to a selected organisation. This year, 5% of all yearly sales will be donated to Circle of Health International. COHI is an international humanitarian organisation with the mission to work with women and their communities in times of crisis and disaster to ensure access to quality reproductive, maternal, and newborn care.
