RedBall Paris

During a warm and sunny Paris weekend we decided to spend the day in search of the famous Red Ball! An excuse to make a treasure hunt!

The Red Ball Project is a traveling art installation, as artist and inventor of the Red Ball, Kurt Perschke, explains,”I do art. I live in nyc. I don’t spend much time here.” Passing through the Canal St. Martin, Colette, and this weekend at the Jardin du Luxembourg, it’s interesting to see this big red ball suspended or installed in a  usually empty space. The imagination runs when one contemplates this big red ball in the middle of the streets of Paris. Children touch it, hit it, adults take pictures, passersby wonder, “What is it?”

This past weekend it was an excellent opportunity to take a nice stroll and discover or rather rediscover the charming little squares and streets of Paris, the magic…
