The new urban sport that almost all children love happens to be called parcours. This sport allows for extreme cardio training, usually practiced in an urban environment, by climbing, jumping and running around obstacles.
An ideal spot for children, teens and adults, where they can test this sport, happens to be a stone’s throw just outside of Paris. It’s called BLAST.
With a large space of 1000 m2, Blast offers lessons supervised by professionals for children ages 6 years and up. Kids can have fun safely and learn how to do parcours in the correct way. During this time, parents can practice cross training, yoga, or simply relax at the snack bar and drink organic hot and cold drinks.
With the winter holidays in France during February and also in April, as well as the snowy and sometimes rainy up coming weekends, this is the perfect time to discover Blast with your children. We tested Blast and the kids and their friends love it.
We highly recommend visiting Blast, the new parcours center that has just opened in Pantin!
