Introducing Leia Sfez, a dedicated young mother and the creative force behind Diapers and Milk. This innovative brand specializes in crafting leggings for infants, made entirely from 100% organic cotton. We have a particular fondness for this label as it beautifully caters to the baby fashion market with its lively, eco-friendly clothing that is proudly made in France. Leia’s venture, which launched in November 2013, inspires us, along with her family. We sat down with Leia to delve deeper into her life and passions.
Are you a mom?
Absolutely! I have a lovely little girl named India who is nearly two years old.
The ups and downs of motherhood?
The highs include the warmth of cuddles and hugs, while the lows are dealing with those overflowing diapers!
What inspires or motivates you?
My primary motivation comes from my two greatest loves: my husband and my daughter. Additionally, I find inspiration in the everyday moments of life.
Why and how did you create Diapers and Milk?
My love for fashion and design has always been a passion of mine, but I hesitated to pursue it until my daughter was born. I started making baby leggings because I couldn’t find styles that resonated with my aesthetic. The thought of launching my own leggings line filled me with excitement due to the endless possibilities for designs and patterns for children. Initially, I created various styles just for India, but with encouragement from my husband, I took the leap to produce and sell my creations, and I am grateful that I did!
What is your dream for Diapers and Milk?
My aspiration is to see D&M spread across the globe!
