During the holiday season, there are several DIY activities to make including Christmas tree decorations, stockings, advent calendars, and gingerbread men and houses.
One of my favorite Christmas decorations happens to be the wreath! It is very relaxing and easy to make and this plant decoration will transform your door or window into a very welcoming object. The wreath also looks great on chimneys to bring the festive touch inside the home.
What you will need:
A metal hanger
A few christmas tree branches
A few eucalyptus branches
Copper wire
Ribbon (ideally in silver, gold, red or green)
A few Christmas ball decorations (not too large)
Scissors
Step 1 : Ben the hanger in order to make a round shape as seen in the image below.
Step 2 : Cut several small branches of pine tree and eucalyptus branches.
Step 3 : Attach them together along the metal hanger using the copper wire.
Step 4 : Continue attaching the branches along the metal hanger.
Step 5 : Once your hanger is completely covered with branches, attach small branches with the wire if there are still small gaps.
Step 6 : Decorate with ribbons and a few Christmas balls.
